Introduction
Conference on Sustainable Development through Education Malaysia (COSDEM) is the first conference organised by Green Educators‘ Workgroup to discuss environmental issues and enhance collaboration among green educators.
Climate Action
-Understand “What is Climate Change?”
-How to integrate / infuse ESD/ Global Citizenship Education & ESD in lesson.
-Connect Net Zero Emission initiative with local initiative.
-Practice Net Zero Emission in daily lives, schools & community or innovation projects.
Accommodation, meals, activities, excursion and insurance coverage will be covered by the organizer. Participants & volunteers shall bear the travelling cost to attend the event.

BUILD YOUR SUSTAINABLE HOUSE MODEL COMPETITION
(USING UPCYCLING WASTE PROVIDED)
RULES
- Students will be sitting in group by school (2pax).
- Recyclable items will be provided by the organiser.
- Each group will be given 20 minutes to discuss & draft the idea sustainable house.
- Each group will be given 45 minutes to build the model.
- Each group will be given 3 minutes to introduce their idea to the judge in English or BM.
- Winners will be announced during closing ceremony
PREPARATION
- Students can search & prepare the idea in advance but do consider that the recyclable items provided may influence your original idea. (Be flexible to make necessary changes).
TAKE NOTE
- Students are not allowed to use any devices or materials during the competition.
- Teachers are only allowed to observe from the side.
- If any teacher interfere students during the competition, the group will be disqualified.
